Different markets, same team and same discipline. Both are multi-sided platforms with real users, live infrastructure, and a roadmap we own — which is why we point to them before we point to a case study.
A career platform for professionals pursuing employment across the Gulf Cooperation Council. It covers the stretch of a job search that generic job boards leave out: understanding which roles are realistically open to you, presenting your experience in the format regional employers expect, and preparing for interviews that carry regional cultural expectations.
The platform serves six markets — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain — each with different visa mechanics, hiring norms, and documentation requirements. The interface runs in eight languages, which reflects who actually migrates for work in the Gulf rather than who the marketing targets.
It also includes a contract analyser that flags exploitative terms — passport confiscation, wage irregularities, illegal recruitment fees. That feature exists because the migrant labour market in the region has a documented problem, and a job platform that ignores it is only doing half the work.
An elder-care platform for diaspora families supporting aging parents in another country. The hard part of remote caregiving is rarely a lack of concern — it is distance, time zones, and the difficulty of arranging trustworthy care in a place you are not.
The architectural decision that shapes the product: rather than one interface translated many times, MaatraCare runs a separate entry point per cultural community. Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Konkani, Khasi, Santali, Filipino, Amharic, Yoruba — each in its own language, each using that community's own words for mother and father. Amma and Appa in Tamil. Ma and Baba in Bengali. Nanay and Tatay in Filipino.
That is a deliberate trade: far more surface area to maintain than a single localised app, in exchange for a family not having to explain their parents to a generic interface. For a product about care, the distinction matters.
Coverage currently spans 75+ communities across South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.
Running products in production means we carry the parts of software that are easy to skip in client work — uptime, support load, migrations, and the cost of a decision made two years ago. That experience is what we bring to a build engagement.
Both products are operated by the team that built them, so architectural shortcuts come back to us.
Support, onboarding, and edge cases inform how we scope client work.
Careers and elder care share little except the engineering underneath — matching, accounts, and cloud infrastructure.
Send the scope, timeline, and constraints. We'll tell you whether we're the right team for it.
