This page explains what Keevaath LLC dba KeevaathTech owns, how our brand and materials may and may not be used, who owns what in a client engagement, and how to request permission.

What we own

Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site is the property of Keevaath LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. That includes the text, design, layout, graphics, code and the arrangement of them, together with the platforms we operate and the materials we produce in the course of our work.

Our brand

The names Keevaath and KeevaathTech, our logos and marks, and the visual identity of this site are trademarks and brand assets of Keevaath LLC. You may not use them to represent your own business, to imply a relationship or endorsement that does not exist, or in any way that could cause confusion about who is behind a product or a service.

Our products

Gulf Careers Academy, MaatraCare and Meridian are products of Keevaath LLC dba KeevaathTech. Their names, interfaces, content and underlying software are our property.

Our methods and frameworks

We use named methods and service structures in our work, including the practice names and the assessment and lifecycle frameworks described on this site. Their names, structure and descriptions are our property. You are welcome to read about them and to discuss them with us. You may not copy them, present them as your own, or use them commercially without our permission.

Published methodologies

We publish some of our methodologies in full, including the frameworks behind our fixed scope engagements. Publishing them does not place them in the public domain. You may read them, apply the thinking within your own organization, and cite them with attribution. You may not republish them, resell them, or present them as your own methodology.

Client engagements

Ownership of what we build for a client is set out in the statement of work for that engagement, and in the ordinary case the client owns the deliverables on payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, tools, libraries, templates and general know-how, and of anything developed independently of the engagement. Nothing in an engagement transfers our brand, our methods or our products.

Content you send us

When you send us content through our forms or by email, including a questionnaire response, a portfolio, a code sample or a description of a project, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share whatever you send, and that sending it does not breach an obligation you owe to somebody else.

Third-party names

Other company names, product names and logos appearing on this site belong to their respective owners. Where we name a technology we work with, we do so to describe our experience accurately. That does not imply endorsement or partnership beyond what is stated.

Requesting permission or reporting a concern

To request permission, or to report a use of our brand or materials that concerns you, write to [email protected]. We take the protection of our brand and the rights of others seriously, and we will respond promptly.
