Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Keevaath LLC, trading as KeevaathTech, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you. It covers this website and the services we provide.
Information you give us
When you contact us, complete a discovery questionnaire, register with our Associate Network, or submit a partnership enquiry, we collect what you provide. That typically includes your name, work email address, company, and the details you choose to include about a project, an engagement, or your professional experience.
Associate registrations also include the information needed to match you to work, such as discipline, seniority, time zone, availability, rate expectation, portfolio links, and the entity through which you contract.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we and our analytics providers collect usage information such as pages viewed, time on the site, referring source, and general device and browser characteristics. We also use a privacy-preserving traffic measurement that sets no cookies and performs no fingerprinting, which runs whether or not you consent to analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to you. Answering enquiries, sending the questionnaire you requested, and arranging conversations.
- To deliver engagements. Scoping, planning and carrying out client work, and producing the deliverables agreed with you.
- To operate the Associate Network. Matching registered consultants and firms to engagements that suit them, and confirming that records remain current.
- To improve the site. Understanding which material is useful and where the site is failing people.
- To meet obligations. Legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
Associate Network data
If you register with the Associate Network, we hold your details on a register so that we can contact you when a project matches what you do. Every six months we ask you to confirm that your availability and rate remain current. If you do not confirm within sixty days, we retire the record and delete the personal data it holds. You may ask us to remove your details at any time and we will do so within thirty days.
Client and engagement data
In the course of an engagement we may be given access to systems, source code, documentation or data belonging to a client. We treat that material as confidential, use it only for the purpose of the engagement, limit access to those who need it, and return or destroy it as agreed at the end of the work. Where we process personal data on a client's behalf, we do so under a written data processing agreement.
Analytics, cookies and session recording
With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand site usage, and Microsoft Clarity to produce heatmaps and session recordings. Session recording captures how a visitor moves through a page. Form fields are masked so that we do not capture what you type, and our enquiry, questionnaire and registration forms are excluded from recording entirely. No analytics or recording runs until you accept through the consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Our Cookie Policy sets out the detail.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to provide our services, with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it. Where an engagement is delivered with a partner firm or a registered associate, we share only what that work requires, and only under written confidentiality terms.
International transfers
We work with clients and delivery partners outside the United States. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act and comparable laws in other jurisdictions, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold and limit access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we work to safeguard your data and to notify you where we are obliged to.
