The Associate Network
A register of independent consultants we call on when an engagement needs a skill in depth. Registration takes five minutes and asks what you do, where you are, when you are free and what you charge. Onboarding happens when a project matches, which may not be for some months. We would rather say that plainly.

We bring in partner firms when an engagement is larger than our core team and associates can carry. KeevaathTech holds the client relationship throughout and stays accountable for delivery. We say that at the beginning because it is easier to agree before there is a client in the room.

How we treat the register
We hold your details until you ask us to remove them. Every six months we send a short note asking whether your availability and rate still hold. If you do not confirm within sixty days we retire the record and delete the personal data it holds.
The rate field does more screening than any other question on the form, which is why it is required. A register without rates cannot be used when a project actually appears.

Is this a job application?
No. It is a register. You are not joining anything, and depending on your discipline we may not be in touch for some months. We say so because the alternative is silence that feels like rejection.
Do you hire from the register?
Frequently. Most of our core team are people we delivered alongside first, which is a better hiring process than an interview.
Why do you require a rate?
Because a register without rates cannot be used. When a project appears the question is who is available, capable and affordable, and two of those three are unanswerable without it.
What if my availability changes?
Update it any time, and we ask every six months anyway. A stale register is worse than a small one.

Both, for different situations. Individuals for depth in one discipline. Firms when an engagement is larger than we can carry.
