How quickly do you reply?
Usually within two working days, from the person who would actually run the engagement, not from a sales team.
Do we need a specification?
No. If you had one, you would probably not need the discovery sprint. Send the shape of the problem.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes, and we will sign yours instead of insisting on ours.
Do you take work outside the United States?
Yes. Multi-market and multi-language work is the part of this we have done twice in production.
What if you are not the right firm?
We will say so, and where we can we will point you at somebody better suited. That happens often enough to be worth stating.
