Three conversations we are open to

Each described honestly, including what we are looking for at the moment, because a partnerships page that says we are always open to opportunities wastes everybody's time.

Three conversations

Each described honestly, including what we are looking for at the moment, because a partnerships page that says we are always open to opportunities wastes everybody's time.

Product co-development

A shared build where both sides carry roadmap and operations. You bring a market, domain knowledge or capital. We bring the build and the operating experience.

What makes this work is that both parties stay responsible after launch. What makes it fail is one side treating it as outsourcing with a different invoice.

Tell us which market you are bringing and what access you have to it. The first conversation is about whether the market is real.

Platform collaboration

Design partnerships, pilots, advisory relationships and distribution on the platforms we already run.

This is the shortest route to working with us, because the platforms exist and the conversation can be specific from the first call. Gulf Careers Academy and MaatraCare are live. Meridian is in build and actively looking for design partners.

Tell us which platform and which of the four fits.

Strategic partners

Operators who know a market we are moving into, and organizations whose reach makes a platform viable sooner. Also people who want to back what we are building.

We are not running a process. Ask and we will send you what we have.

Nothing sent to you will be an offer of any kind.

What we are actually short of

Market access, in the places our platforms already serve. An organization that reaches diaspora families across a region, or that already has the trust of workers in a Gulf market, is worth more to either platform than capital is.

What we are not short of is opinions about what to build. That part we can do.

Questions we are asked

Are you raising?

This page describes the business and offers to send materials on request. Nothing here or in anything we send constitutes an offer. If you want to have that conversation, use the strategic partners route and we will be straightforward about where things stand.

How quickly do you respond?

Usually within five working days, from the person who would run the relationship.

Do you white label the platforms?

It is a conversation worth having, particularly for the contract analyzer inside Gulf Careers Academy, which is the component most often asked about.

What does a design partnership involve?

Access to a release before it is public, a commitment to use it properly, and honest feedback. In exchange, influence over what gets built and terms that reflect the risk you are taking.

Which of the three fits?

One form, one selector, and we route it. Tell us what you have in mind and what a good outcome looks like for you.
